In the lively hub of Chinatown, Botak greets visitors on the first floor of a cleverly refurbished heritage building on Petaling Street. It’s adorned with exposed wood beams, rugged brick walls, and abundant natural light filtering in from the ceiling.
Botakliquor serves drinks that emphasize a lot on using local ingredients with unique techniques! In addition, a selection of fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers are infused into their beverages.
The Daun Kari cocktail uses milk-washing which is an overnight process where they add alcohol to milk to break the milk into curds. Then, lemon juice is added. It results in a smoother cocktail that isn’t overwhelming whilst still retaining all the flavors!
